The work of a founder consists of collecting insight, then living to generate one’s own. On repeat. Here are some of mine. A work in progress.
You are the product of your work.
You are the obstacle to everything you want.
You are the architect of your experience. Perception is a creative act.
You are the love of your life. Only you can give yourself the love you were deprived of.
People treat you the way you treat yourself.
Suffering is the absence of meaning. (see V. Frankl on suffering)
Contradiction is the foundation of meaning. You are your own opposite.
Every loss is a loss of meaning.
Every desire is a desire to transform.
Every crisis is a crisis of identity.
Every conversation is a conversation with the self.
Every day is an opportunity to start again - to live a life undefined by your past choices.
The opposite of having expectations is being open.
You can only ever get what you don't control.
Relationships (including the one with yourself) thrive on curiosity to meet again and again, as for the first time, to see and let be seen.
What stands in the way of success is not the fear of failure but the fear of judgment.
Environments that stimulate success are environments that stimulate non-judgment.
Autenticity is the absence of judgment towards the self.
Enoughness is a prerequisite for authenticity.
Cult is a byproduct of authenticity.
Distraction is a default state of a modern individual.
Successful people always have time for what they want.
Successful athletes forgive themselves fast.
The cost of acceptance of reality is having to deal with the pain.
The cost of non-acceptance is a life not lived.
There is nothing wrong with the world.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Everything you need is already there.
The more you savor life, yourself, the more you are enough, the more you become.
Nothing to hold on to.
There is the self and the idea of the self.
You are more than any idea of the self.
Enoughness gets you more. Scarcity gets you less.
If your imagination beats reality, there is something wrong with your perception.
